Obtain your application PIN and Serial Number from the exam body;

Enter the PIN and Serial Number into the space provided;

Select your Local Government Area (LGA) and Ward, then click "Continue" - your PIN and Serial Number are valid for one Ward only;

The same PIN and Serial Number will always take you back to your application, so you can return to complete it at any time;
